He is very responsive, kept us updated on progress, took care of all Howard County inspections, provided all docs for our two HOAs, and finished on time! There were no subcontractors -- Anton & Dan did everything. There were no surprises and they completed everything in the original budget. They were also conscientious of our neighbors when it came to supplies and storage (townhouse community). Meticulous, quality work and they went the extra mile (even managing the HVAC when hardscaping the patio!!).
