Terms of service for PRG Home Improvement LLC. Understand the scope of our estimates, project agreements, and Maryland contractor obligations.
Estimates provided by PRG Home Improvement LLC are approximations based on our initial assessment of the project. Final project costs may vary based on material selections, unforeseen conditions discovered during work (such as hidden water damage, structural issues, or code violations), and any changes you request after work begins.
An estimate is not a binding contract. A written project agreement is required before any work begins.
All remodeling projects require a signed written contract before work commences. The contract will detail the scope of work, materials, payment schedule, project timeline, and warranty terms. Both parties must agree to and sign the contract before PRG Home Improvement LLC begins any on-site work.
Change orders for work outside the original scope will be documented in writing with associated cost adjustments before additional work proceeds.
PRG Home Improvement LLC is a licensed Maryland Home Improvement Contractor (MHIC #113057) and carries general liability insurance. You may verify our license status through the Maryland Department of Labor license lookup.
As required by Maryland COMAR regulations, we provide the Maryland Home Improvement Commission Consumer Protection Guarantee Fund notice with every contract.
PRG Home Improvement LLC's liability for any claim arising out of our services is limited to the total amount paid under the applicable project contract. We are not liable for delays caused by material shortages, permit processing, weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. Any disputes arising from our services or these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Anne Arundel County, Maryland.
